Metaphysics of Art

Esoteric concepts make their way into the mainstream through perseverance of a goal. The schematic behind the master plan is developed by independent minds that calculate the value of adding new things to old ideas. Tradition is established this way.

Tradition isn’t always new. The way you learn new things applies to having fun. Additions to the ideology circulate the relative plans and explicate the formula to the point that the forecast is created. The future is crafted by the educated minds that are rooted in tradition.

In the mainstream, coming up from a background of ambiance, the things that stand out are still relevant to the scene. The best actors shift into their roles with fluidity. They blend into the scene and make the magic happen.

In mainstream music, this is true also. The song is a creative backdrop crafted by the prowess of the musicians. Everybody plays a role in making the song musical. It’s a collaborative effort, unlike acting, which is an independent practice often and traditionally. Conversely still, there is acting with other people, and in music there is the independent skill that is practiced thoroughly, a tradition.

Art is. It’s that simple. The existence of the derailment of something good into something great. It’s sometimes better, and sometimes worse than the thing it’s inspired by. The creative vision is an artistic one when there is inspiration behind the picture.

The mainstream is connected to the traditions that its steeped in. It relieves tension from the norm and matriculates into the unknown. Revealing things that weren’t there before, just figments of imagination, that were made real. This isn’t easy, and it takes a lot of study and practice. Lesser known, or esoteric things, are bound to be part of a great artist’s repertoire.

Deviance elaborates on things through tangent lines and abstract ideas. Background noise that’s put into focus. The memorable things that you wouldn’t notice that people find interesting. Psychologically revealing factors exposing what’s behind the curtain.

Deeper concepts that are esoteric are very philosophical. It’s an exploration in darkness. Deciding factors too elusive to be seen. Things that one takes interest in that another doesn’t. We wouldn’t know what the concept is without thorough elaboration by the artist.
